Reebok Classics BEATS Capsule – Fall 2012
Reebok Classic just introduced their latest collaboration series called the BEATS Capsule Collection. It consists of designs from five females from across the globe. These particular ladies were chosen because they embodied Reebok’s “Classic” spirit. These five female ambassadors were be able to choose the five non-profit organizations that empower women entrepreneurs, and donations will be made to those organizations on behalf of Reebok. The U.S will see two versions designed by Melody Ehsani and Simone “Boss Lady” Amelia.
The Reebok Betwixt Mid model will be used as the canvas. One pair is in a subtle tan upper, while the other colorway sports snakeskin print materials. Look for the Reebok Classic BEATS Capsule is available now at the select retail stores listed below. The retail price is set at $150.
WHIZ LIMITED x Reebok INSTA PUMP FURY
Tokyo based boutique, WHIZ LIMITED, is keeping the collaborative mix interesting this year. Fresh off their joint venture with New Balance on the 1700, we see the same color blocking is used on Reebok’s Insta Pump Fury. Completing the trifecta of Japanese branding, mita sneakers is also brought on board. The toe is given a large speckle print on the tow against a navy/grey/red-volt colorscheme with the volt hue giving the accents some pop. The insoles are labeled with an “L” and “R” (should you ever get confused) with an abstract design. Look for these to drop at mita sneakers and other select accounts on June 7th.
Marvel x Reebok Insta Pump Fury “Spider Man”
Reebok and Marvel has teamed up to create a pump-inspired Spider-Man sneaker to commemorate the upcoming “The Amazing Spider-Man” movie. The Reebok Insta Pump Fury model is used as the canvas for this collaboration. The upper is predominately in red with hints of blue accents from the inner liner and outsole.
The look is finished off with an all-white midsole. One of the few notable features is the tonal spider web graphics located at the toe box. You can also find Spider-Man graphics and a Marvel logo from the insoles. Look for the Marvel x Reebok Insta Pump Fury “Spider-Man” to hit select Reebok accounts such as mita sneakers on June 8th.
